Are the products you carry made by Disney?
Yes! Every product that we carry that has any Disney characters or logos on it is a fully licensed Disney product. You can see the trademark on each item.
Are there any restrictions on the personalization of the Paks?
Yes. Each line of text you request can have a maximum of 10 letters including spaces. You may choose to have either 1 or 2 lines of text embroidered on your Pak. We also reserve the right to refuse any names or phrases that we deem (at our discretion) to be profane, lewd, or inappropriate.
What payment options do you offer?
At this time, we offer credit card purchases through PayPal. You are able to make a purchase through PayPal without having a PayPal account. Please see the Shopping Cart page for more information. All payments must be in US currency.
How will my payment appear on my credit card bill?
Because GoodyPak.com is owned by PHD Services and we use PayPal for billing purposes, your credit card bill will show something like PAYPAL***PHD SERVICES.
What if after making a payment to PayPal I did NOT return to GoodPak.com to complete the transaction?
If you did not return to our site, then we may have an incomplete order. Please e-mail us at GoodyMail@GoodyPak.com and include your name, login name, order number, and any item specifics. We will contact you back (usually within 24-48 hours) to let you know if any information was missing. Make sure to check your e-mail so that your order is not delayed because of this.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes, but only when your order is shipped to a New York address. If the order is not shipped to a New York address, then there will be no sales tax added.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Items that are not personalized are usually shipped out within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated. If your order contains personalized items, your order will be shipped out in 7-14 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping times are usually between 2-5 business days. We are not responsible for any delays due to the shipping companies. You can check the progress of your order by logging into your account on our website. Once your order has been completed, you will be sent an e-mail message confirming when your order shipped out, the tracking number (if available) and expected time for delivery.
What personal information do you collect and what do you do with it?
While you may browse our web site completely anonymously, in order for you to place an order and for us to ship an order to you, we must collect the following items which we consider personal information:
-The shipping destination name & address so we know where to ship your order.
-Name for personalization and sex so we can better customize the contents of the GoodyPak/ParkPak.
-The billing name & address for payment verification purposes.
-Your email address for notification purposes and optionally for newsletters.
-Your phone number, in case we need to follow-up.
Do you share or sell any of the collected personal information with any third parties?
Quite simply no, except as required by law. We do provide the shipping carrier with the ship-to address that you provide.
Do you send out any "spam"?
No. The e-mail we send is related to an order you have placed, special GoodyPak promotions that you qualify for, replies to messages you send us, updates you have requested, and our GoodyMail newsletter (opt-in). If your e-mail address is on our list and you no longer wish to receive newsletters and updates from us, please send an e-mail message to GoodyMail@GoodyPak.com and put "Unsubscribe" in the subject field. You can also choose to change your newsletter status at any time by going into your account and checking or unchecking the Newsletter box.

How do I receive coupons and discounts?
Coupons and discount codes are distributed through our newsletter, GoodyMail. You can sign up for GoodyMail either by e-mailing us at GoodyMail@GoodyPak.com and enter "Subscribe to Newsletter" in the Subject header or by going into your account and checking the Newsletter box. You may receive extra discounts if you have made a purchase from us in the past. Other promotional codes may be available on our website or on other partner sites from time to time.
