Shipping
All items are shipped via USPS or FedEx Ground depending upon the size of your order.
If you use a PO Box, you will need to provide us with a deliverable street address for FedEx Ground.
If your package is being sent to either Alaska or Hawaii, there are additional shipping charges. Please contact us to place your order at sales@goodypak.com.
At this time, we do NOT ship any packages internationally.

Items that are not personalized are usually shipped out within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated. If your order contains personalized items, your order will be shipped out in 7-14 business days. Once shipped, standard shipping times are usually between 2-5 business days. We are not responsible for any delays due to the shipping companies. You can check the progress of your order by logging into your account on our website. Once your order has been completed, you will be sent an e-mail message confirming when your order shipped out, the tracking number (if available) and expected time for delivery.
Returns and Cancellations
We at GoodyPak.com stand behind our merchandise and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving delivery. We do not accept any returns without prior approval and a return code. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your items. Returns must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Upon receipt, you will receive a store credit in the amount of the return, not including any shipping charges.
We do not accept any personalized items for return unless we have made a mistake with your order. If you find that a mistake has been made on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving delivery and we will work to correct the problem. The item with the mistake will need to be returned to us in order for us to send out a replacement. The corrected item will be sent back to you at our expense.
All items being returned or exchanged must be received by us within 8 business days of your receiving approval and a return code. We would suggest that you return your item with Delivery Confirmation so that you can track your package. We are not responsible for any items that we have not received back.
Once your payment has been received and accepted, you will be unable to cancel your order. No refund will be given.
If there is a problem or issue with your order and we are unable to contact you by either the e-mail address or phone number you have provided us within 5 calendar days, we reserve the right to cancel your order and return your payment.
We reserve the right to refuse any order at anytime, for any reason.
